One Punch Man

Kita semua menyaksikan anime dan kita membaca manga…ONE PUNCH MAN! Serangkaian diciptakan oleh seorang penulis menggunakan nama samaran Satu 2009, dan kemudian di 2012 itu dibuat ulang secara digital oleh ilustrator Yusuke Murata.

Kita tahu bagaimana awesome Saitama alias Satu Pukulan Manusia dengan kekuatan ledakan dan kecepatan yang luar biasa dan kelincahan. Tidak hanya serangkaian besar untuk membaca dan menonton serial ini juga telah menginspirasi dan memotivasi banyak orang untuk mulai bekerja keluar atau mencoba rutinitas sehari-hari Saitama ini.

Sendiri, Saya mencoba untuk melakukan rejimen Satu Pukulan Man. Saya melakukan setidaknya seratus push-up, squats, tapi kadang-kadang saya tidak mendapatkan kesempatan untuk menjalankan sepuluh kilometer. Ketika saya lakukan, saya kadang-kadang pergi kuota yang berlaku untuk jongkok dan push-up juga. Saya menggunakan bentuk-bentuk alternatif dari latihan untuk abs dan inti seperti kenaikan gaji kaki, papan, lutut tinggi, pendaki gunung, liku Rusia untuk beberapa nama.
