Helping Others
Discharge built up emotions by helping another in need. It was last year winter when I saw a homeless man with a sign that read “Free hugs for a dollar.” Enthusiastic by the creative caption I gave him a dollar and he proceeded to hug me. He smiled and I smiled. I felt great.
Heroes of fiction or of nonfiction can change the world. Heroes have been idealized in comics and through other factions. Here is a hero that came to life.

Music can be a great release of inner emotions. The nostalgia of hearing an old favorite television theme song can arouse sweet satisfaction. Johnny Quest was one of the many theme songs I enjoyed. The story, the art style and the voice acting made me enjoy Johnny Quest thoroughly.
Admiration is Key
Admiration can be another way to expel crippling emotions. Seeing relics at museums can lead to unexpected happiness. Sightseeing at the museum can be another method of emitting emotions. Years ago, I went to the Museum Of Modern Arts (MOMA). That year the sixty-nine foot Lady Rosa of Luxembourg was presented. I was completely amazed by the construct that I researched it right there. Curiosity is lead to one to investigate—breaking one from fear, nervousness and or other emotions.
The crux is admiration mixed with giving to other and spending time with other are a real mood changer. Watching television series that I once enjoyed as child can rekindle bliss. Music has the same effect. Engaging myself with the inspirational quotes is verbal mantra that can boost confidence. Trying has not stopped anyone it is the individual who ceases to try.
