En ek het persoonlik ervaar sommige lae rug pyn die dag ná doen stelle en stelle opsitte. Ek is fine nou al haha! As doen sit-ups voortdurend wie weet hoeveel erger my rug kan word. Ek gebruik alternatiewe vorme van oefeninge vir ABS en die kern soos been bring, planke, hoë knieë, bergklimmers, Russiese kinkels om 'n paar te noem.

Resultate

Soos jy kan sien in die video Saitama het 'n paar ongelooflike vermoëns. As jy tred te hou met jou daaglikse opleiding wat jy ook kan bomenslike vermoëns te kry net soos Een Punch Man! Jy sal so sterk dat jy jou stad te red van al die onheil wat dit bedreig word. haha! Ek grap net. Wel, Miskien nie presies dieselfde vermoë, maar jy sal beslis sterker en vinniger geword as wanneer jy niks gedoen het!

As jy nuut is tot die reeks is check die eerste manga om te begin, sal jy nie teleurgesteld wees nie. Slaan die gimnasium? Rock die OP Man rugsak of hierdie ander groot OP Man rugsak om al jou toerusting te dra. As jy reeds 'n die-hard fan hier is 'n paar goedere kan jy dit reg onder haal nou.
