اسان سڀني جي anime هئس ۽ اسان جي manga پڙهڻ…هڪ مڪن جو انسان! هڪ ليکڪ جي تخلص هڪ ۾ استعمال ڪندي پيدا سلسلو 2009, ۽ بعد ۾ ۾ 2012 ان illustrator Yusuke Murata جي digitally remade ويو.

We know how awesome Saitama aka One Punch Man is with his explosive strength and his amazing speed and agility. نه صرف هڪ عظيم سلسلو پڙهڻ ۽ ڏسندو رھ ڪرڻ جو سلسلو به وحي ۽ ماڻهن جو تمام گهڻو ما اتساهجي ڪري ڇڏيو ٻاهر ڪم شروع يا Saitama جي روزانو معمول جي ڪوشش ڪرڻ آهي.

هڪ مڪن جو انسان Regimenهڪ مڪن جو انسان

سندس regimen هڪ سئو لوڏا-تاراچند شامل آهن, اٿ ويھ, squats, ۽ هڪ ڏهن ڪلوميٽر ٽن سالن لاء هر هڪ ڏينهن هلائي.

 

 

 

غذا سانهڪ مڪن جو انسان

Saitama جي regimen ٽي قط هڪ ڏينهن پرهيز شامل آهن. بس صبح جو هڪ banana ٺيڪ آهي.

پئسا بڇايو

هڪ مڪن جو انسانسندس ٽي سال سفر دوران Saitama ڪڏهن به اونهاري ۽ سياري جي دور ۾ هڪ / سي يا گرمي تي پئسا ضايع. مون کي يقين آهي ته هو هن ڪيائون صورتحال جو ڪنهن به قسم جي ڪري سندس جسم مطابقت پيدا ڪرڻ.

ذاتي طور تي, مون کي هڪ مڪن جو انسان جي regimen ڪندا ڪرڻ جي ڪوشش ڪئي. مون کي گهٽ ۾ گهٽ هڪ سئو لوڏا-تاراچند ڪندا, squats, پر ڪڏهن ڪڏهن مون کي ڏهه ڪلوميٽر هلائڻ لاء هڪ موقعو نه حاصل ڪندا. مون کي ڪڏهن ڪڏهن جي ڪوٽا ته squats لاء چوڻي تي وڃو ۽ گمراھ-تاراچند سان گڏو گڏ جڏهن مون کي ڪندا. ڏهه ڪلوميٽر هلائڻ لاء ڪيڏو رسي ۽ / يا kettle بيل جھولي ٽپا ڪري سگهجي ٿو (جيڪو اوھان کي ترجيح). مون کي شاندار ڪندا نه ڪندا اٿ ويھ لهي جي ڇاڪاڻ ته صحت جي خطري رياضت جي دور ۾ توهان واپس ستا وانگر. اڀياس ته ڏيکاري ويھ-تاراچند پنهنجي واپس لاء خراب آهي. ۽ مون کي ذاتي طور واپس ڪجهه هيٺين محسوس ڪيو بيان ۽ ويھ-تاراچند جي بيان ڪندا کان پوء جي ڏينهن سورن. مون کي هاڻي ٺيڪ آهيان جيتوڻيڪ haha! جيڪڏهن ويھ-تاراچند ڪري رهيا continually جيڪو ڄاڻندو آھي گهڻا بدتر منهنجي واپس بڻجي سگهي ٿو. مون کي abs ۽ پيئي بڻائڻ طرح جي بنيادي لاء مشق جو متبادل فارم استعمال, تختن, تيز گوڏن, جبل climbers, روسي twists ٿورا جو نالو.

نتيجا

توهان جي وڊيو ۾ ڏسي سگهو ٿا جيئن Saitama ڪجهه حيرت انگيز صلاحيتن ڪئي آهي. جيڪڏهن توهان پنهنجي روزمره جي تربيت سان مٿي رکو ته توهان به صرف هڪ مڪن جو انسان وانگر الإنسان صلاحيتون حاصل ڪري سگهو ٿا! تون ائين مضبوط اوھان مڙني کي ڏک آهي ته ان کي وعدو مان به پنهنجي شهر بچائي سگهي ٿو ته ٿيندو. Haha! مزاق ٿو ڪريان. خير, ٿي سگهي ٿو ته نه انهيء ساڳي صلاحيت, پر اوھان کي ضرور ڏاڍو ۽ جيڪڏھن اوھان کي ڪجھ به نه تي سڀ ڪري رهيا هئا کان تيز بڻجي ويندو!

جيڪڏهن توهان جي سيريز لاء نئين آهن پهريون چيڪ ڪريو manga شروع حاصل ڪرڻ لاء توهان کي مايوس نه ڪيو ويندو. جي جم دٻائڻ? پھڻ تعاون انسان backpack يا هن ٻئي وڏي تعاون انسان توهان جو سڀ سامان کڻڻ لاء backpack. توهان کي اڳ ۾ ئي ڪو مري-سخت شيدائي هتي آهن ته ڪجهه پني اوھين انھن کي مٿي هاڻي حق هيٺ ڌار ڪري سگهو ٿا آهي.
