One Punch Man

Vi så på anime og vi leser manga…ONE PUNCH MAN! En serie skapt av en forfatter under pseudonymet One in 2009, og senere i 2012 det ble gjenskapt digitalt ved illustratør Yusuke Murata.

Vi vet hvor fantastisk Saitama aka En Punch Man er med sin eksplosiv styrke og hans fantastiske fart og smidighet. Ikke bare er en flott serie for å lese og se på serien har også inspirert og motivert mange mennesker til å begynne å jobbe ut eller prøv Saitama daglige rutine.

Hans regime inkluderer hundre push-ups, situps, knebøy, og en ti kilometer kjøre hver eneste dag i tre år.

personlig, Jeg prøver å gjøre ett slag manns diett. Jeg gjør minst hundre push-ups, knebøy, men noen ganger får jeg ikke en sjanse til å kjøre ti kilometer. Når jeg gjør jeg noen ganger går over kvoten som gjelder for knebøy og push-ups i tillegg. Et alternativ til den ti kilometer løp kan hoppe tau og / eller kjelen bell swing (avhengig av hva du foretrekker). Jeg trenger ikke å gjøre klassisk situps lenger på grunn av helserisiko som sårer ryggen under øvelsen. Studier viser at sit-ups er bra for ryggen din. Og jeg har personlig opplevd noen nedre ryggsmerter dagen etter å gjøre sett og sett med sit-ups. Jeg har det bra nå skjønt haha! Hvis du gjør sit-ups hele tiden hvem vet hvor mye verre ryggen min kunne bli. Jeg bruker alternative former for øvelser for mage og kjernen som leg raises, planker, høye knær, fjellklatrere, Russiske vendinger for å nevne noen.

Som du kan se i videoen Saitama har noen fantastiske evner. Hvis du holder opp med daglig trening kan du også få overmenneskelige evner akkurat som ett slag Man! Du vil bli så sterk at du kan redde byen din også fra alt det onde som truer den. Ha ha! Bare tuller. Godt, kanskje ikke akkurat det samme evnen, men du vil definitivt bli sterkere og raskere enn hvis du gjorde ingenting i det hele tatt!
