We keken naar de anime en we lezen de manga…ONE PUNCH MAN! Een serie gemaakt door een auteur onder het pseudoniem One in 2009, en later in 2012 Het werd digitaal opnieuw gemaakt door illustrator Yusuke Murata.

We know how awesome Saitama aka One Punch Man is with his explosive strength and his amazing speed and agility. Niet alleen is een geweldige serie te lezen en te kijken naar de serie is ook geïnspireerd en gemotiveerd een heleboel mensen om te beginnen uit te werken of probeer Saitama dagelijkse routine.

Zijn regime omvat honderd push-ups, sit ups, kraakpanden, en een tien kilometer lopen elke dag gedurende drie jaar.

Als ik dat doe ik soms gaan over het quotum dat geldt ook voor de kraakpanden en push-ups en. Een alternatief voor de tien kilometer run kunnen worden touwtje springen en / of de kettlebell swing (naar gelang uw voorkeur). Ik wil niet naar de klassieke doen sit ups meer wegens gezondheidsrisico zoals kwetsen je rug tijdens de oefening. Studies tonen aan dat sit-ups zijn slecht voor je rug. En ik heb persoonlijk ervaren wat onderrug pijn de dag na het doen van sets en sets van sit-ups. Ik voel me goed nu al haha! Als het doen van sit-ups voortdurend die weet hoe veel slechter mijn rug zou kunnen worden. Ik gebruik maken van alternatieve vormen van oefeningen voor de buikspieren en de kern, zoals been raises, planken, hoge knieën, bergbeklimmers, Russische wendingen een paar te noemen.

Zoals je kunt zien in de video Saitama heeft een aantal fantastische mogelijkheden. Als u tred te houden met uw dagelijkse training kunt u ook bovenmenselijke capaciteiten krijgen net als One Punch Man! Je zult zo sterk dat je je stad te kunnen verlossen van al het kwaad dat dreigt zijn. haha! Grapje. Goed, misschien niet precies hetzelfde vermogen, maar je zal zeker sterker en sneller geworden dan wanneer je helemaal niets aan het doen waren!

Als je nieuw bent in de serie zijn check out de eerste manga aan de slag u zult niet teleurgesteld worden. Het raken van de sportschool? Rock the OP Man rugzak of dit andere grote OP Man rugzak om al uw apparatuur te dragen. Als je al een die-hard fan hier is wat merchandise kun je ze direct onder halen nu.
